Renova Spa wants to provide the best satisfaction and service to its customers. We want to ensure that our clients get the best service and we understand that sometimes, for external reasons, adversities may occur. Therefore, we have created our Cancellation and Refund policy. This is what we guarantee:


1.1 Renova Spa will proceed to a full refund when:


  • - The customer wants to cancel 24 hours before the service begins, but only directly in our spa centers during the opening hours. Online cancellation can only be done if the service was purchased through our website.
  • - Cancellations made by Renova Spa for any reason.
  • - Refunds must be done in person at the spa center with the ticket.
  • - Refunds will be given in the same payment method as the purchase.
  • - Credit card refunds can take up to 30 days.

1.2 Renova Spa will not proceed to a refund when:


The client doesn┤t show up to the appoinment without prior notice. In some cases, Renova Spa might consider rescheduling the service.


Despite this policy which is designed to provide better customer service, occasionally situations may need to be handled in a different way. In that case, both our clients and employees can contact the spa manager. Our staff will provide you with the right contact.
